(e.g. equipment records and reminders) in order to provide
its service to you.This information is not shared with other
companies registered on eTrux. eTrux employees are required
to sign non-disclosure agreements.

providing products and services, billing, identification and
authentication, service improvement, contact, and research.
- eTrux takes reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
- Although eTrux owns the databases and all rights to
the eTrux application, you retain all rights to your data and we will
not sell or share your data with any third-parties.
- eTrux may contact you from time to time with information
we feel is relevant to you.
- eTrux may disclose personally identifiable information
under special circumstances, such as to comply
with subpoenas.
